WCTS - Service Disruption on Friday, July 3, 2020

To our Valued Clients,

On Friday, July 3, 2020, our company experienced a hardware failure resulting in an outage that disabled both our website and our email.

We have completed the required repairs and on Monday, July 6, we will be processing any files that were received during the equipment failure. If you do not receive a confirmation from us stating that we have received your file, please re-send the message to us with a note that the file was sent originally on July 3.

Covid 19 Update to our Valued Clients

At West Coast, our staff, our clients and their families and friends are important to us and we hope that everyone is doing their part to limit the spread of the COVID-19 virus for the health and safety of our local and global community.

West Coast Title Search Ltd. continues to be open to provide search, filing and process serving services to our clients. We are able to take your requests via our website, by email to info@wcts.com or by phone. We are able to e-file for you, monitor the filing and email your filed results back. 

We have suspended all regular run service, please call us to arrange for pick up and advise us of any special pick up or delivery instructions. 

We are monitoring the news updates and will keep our clients informed of any registry service updates. Should any of our services need to change as a result of the ongoing situation, we will advise our clients and suppliers.
